If order was a custom cup, allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship after it has been made.

LIVELINE UP- If you choose to have your cup made on live, your cup might take 10 business day to ship out. This is all part of production and your placement.

A SMALL air bubble is necessary in snow globe cups to prevent pressure build-up during shipping. This is completely normal and keeps your cup safe!

When your snow globe arrives, SHAKE IT to activate the glitter! This glitter will settle during transit. For honey or lava, tilit back and fourth. DO NOT SHAKE!

If your cup arrives damaged send us a photo and we will get to work on a replacement right away!
